Review content:
We were completely screwed over by Townsend. They were contracted by a home impovement store to install a new air conditioning unit. Unbeknownst to us at the time, the coil unit they installed in the basement was the wrong size, installed incorrectly. This was verified by two separate HVAC companies. That caused a host of problems with the brand new unit they installed outside. Including electrical problems and the compressor having to be replaced just 4 years after it was installed. The compressor has gone out twice in six years. On top of that, the owner has refused to speak with us about it. We now have to spend over $3000 to install a new unit. Do yourself a favor and don't do business with Townsend.
