I did a lot of research and made many phone calls when looking for an HVAC provider. Out of all of them, Townsend stood out and gave me excellent service. I got several bids for the job and they had the best price and service. more

Horrific 4/10/2013

We were completely screwed over by Townsend. They were contracted by a home impovement store to install a new air conditioning unit. Unbeknownst to us at the time, the coil unit they installed in the basement was the wrong size, installed incorrectly. This was verified by two separate HVAC companies. That caused a host of problems with the brand new unit they installed outside. Including electrical problems and the compressor having to be replaced just 4 years after it was installed. The compressor has gone out twice in six years. On top of that, the owner has refused to speak with us about it. We now have to spend over $3000 to install a new unit. Do yourself a favor and don't do business with Townsend. more

I had a great experience with the Townsend Heating Staff. From the first call to having Gregory out to give me a fair quote, to the most professional installation by Wess and Chad. I would highly recommend using trane. Gregory was very knowlegeable and made me very comfortable with my children and dog being around....... more
