Review content:
From the time my daughter first started at The Dance Refinery I did not have a good feeling. It seemed very cold. I guess it felt more like a refinery than a dance studio. My husband and I could not take the owner seriously with her diamonds and patton leather high heels. And the students and other parents seemed to almost be afraid of her. There's too much attention on appearance and not enough attention paid to the classroom. We paid DEARLY for dance instruction. And we feel that instead of instruction we got memos. Lots and lots of memos. A memo that contridicted the last memo. The kids in my daughters level were constantly being told that they were selfish and that they made selfish choices. However, they were the ones there while other kids involved in other activites were allowed to miss rehearsal after rehearsal. It was just crazy. And to top it off the costs are out if this world. We are definitely looking at other studios. But if you decide to go to thsi studio, just remember,
