A+ First I called 4-5 unnamed(local sac) distributors. With correct terminology and part numbers in hand. I was spoken to condescendingly and impatiently to all but one who turned out NOT to be a plumbing store at all(big surprise). Consumers should stop annoying these outlets with pesky phone calls and laborious sales! Then I connected with Tim at Brothers Plumbing. He was the first one to answer, He listened to my water hammer scenario, took my number, and made a few calls. We ended up a agreeing that I should try my plan A before buying anything. So he spent 15 minutes on me, didn't sell a thing and thanked me with a smile before disconnecting. New customer for life\r
