Great Plumbing Store 2/8/2011

This is a terrific store. We don't go anywhere else but here now!\r They usually have what we need. If they don't, they will order it for us, and it doesn't take long to get it in.\r \r Their show room is impressive. Their prices are fair. Usually cheaper than other stores. Great quality. You also get the one on one service other places lack.\r \r Everyone one here is helpful and very nice, especially both Tim's.\r I recommend this business highly.\r Katherine and James M. more

CALL HERE FIRST 6/4/2010

A+ First I called 4-5 unnamed(local sac) distributors. With correct terminology and part numbers in hand. I was spoken to condescendingly and impatiently to all but one who turned out NOT to be a plumbing store at all(big surprise). Consumers should stop annoying these outlets with pesky phone calls and laborious sales! Then I connected with Tim at Brothers Plumbing. He was the first one to answer, He listened to my water hammer scenario, took my number, and made a few calls. We ended up a agreeing that I should try my plan A before buying anything. So he spent 15 minutes on me, didn't sell a thing and thanked me with a smile before disconnecting. New customer for life\r Very Impressed, Pete - Antelope more

I agree with Leticia H. When we couldn't find a part for a discontinued faucet, Emigh's suggested Brothers. This is a contractor's warehouse store that also sells to the public. It's not "pretty" except they do have good display sections. But if they don't have it, they can tell you if and how you can get what you need. And my favorite, they have a clearance section at the front door! Definitely worth checking them out. PROS: Staff will pursue a search for an obscure item--nice guys. CONS: more

plumbers big and small.... 7/31/2005

This is a store that is for serious plumbers, or the person who just needs this one little part for the bathroom sink. I f you take in a part that you need replaced they will find it for you. If you only need a part off of a piece, they will sell you just the part you need and not make you buy the whole part. If you are a big time plumber you already know how great Brothers is so I don't need to tell you. more
