horrible customer service and front office care, i have a multiple cat household and it was thought that one of my cats had a bladder infection, i was instructed to separate them for a night and try to get a urine sample to bring in. (difficult to do when the three cats don't want to be isolated from each others. it took two days/night to get a successful sample. I was told that it was ok to refrigerate the sample overnight and bring it in the next morning. However, when i called that morning to bring it in a different employee told me not to because refrigeration can ruin the sample. so, we had to start all over again. the next night we were able to get another sample, drove 30 minutes round trip to drop it off, i handed the sample to them in a container with my cats name on it, and the guy asked for my name to pull up our account. he started to walk away with the sample and i asked if he needed to make note of which cat this was from and the time the sample was taken, he said
