i quit using southside because of :\r
-long waits in crowded waiting room\r
- lack of common courtesy by most of the support staff, i.e. no greeting when you come in, no acknowledgment that you are waiting, answering the phone while you are standing in front of them and making you wait longer, continuing to do paperwork without saying anything to you while you stand at the counter waiting for help, etc\r
- not returning phone calls/voice mails,\r
- lack of customer service focus, kind of an indifference to whether you are happy, more of insistence on what's best for them\r
- if you complain about something, they will blow you off and treat you like a trouble maker\r
- i have used four vets in my lifetime, this is by far the worst experiences i have had, i used them for over a year thinking it would get better but i didn't, i have switched now and glad i did
