I had a delightful experience ordering a special birthday cake for my brother's 60th birthday party. Jean Pierre was right on my wavelength and showed me exactly how he was going to make three different cakes to match up with my brother's life interests: a guitar, running shoes and a microphone. He put them on a large sheet cake base and delivered them to the Country Club for me. He did chocolate cake with chocolate ganache, then iced them with butter cream icing and covered it with smooth fondant icing and took great pains to make the cakes look like the pictures I gave him. Everyone raved about the presentation and the cake!
