Horrible bakery, don't be fooled. The French chef who owns this bakery only cares about making money; he could care less about the quality of his products, his customer's satisfaction, or the cleanliness of his kitchen. I live down the road from this bakery and came here to get my morning coffee on a regular basis for a few months, before I realized it's all a front. While I was sitting drinking my coffee and reading the paper, I would overhear the chef talking with his staff in the kitchen saying the most shocking things. He talks about his customers behind their back, he makes obscene comments about the women who come in, and he curses people who call in to place orders or who call to say they were not satisfied with an order, after being sugary sweet to them on the phone. He doesn't care if you are satisfied with your order after you've paid him, as long as he's got his money.\r \r The worst, however, is that his croissants and cakes are not fresh, they are frozen and then thawed.
