Review content:
I have using this facility for 20 years. However, I refuse to have my pet see any vet there besides Dr. Ruffolo. The male vet mishandled and traumatized my pet. This happened right before my eyes! Now my pet has such a difficult time going there. I have let them know that the male vet is no longer allowed to see my pet. Dr. Ruffolo did cover for him which I was not happy about. She does provide my pet with quality care. Please be careful when choosing vets at this hospital. Another highly rated pet care facility is Aberdeen Animal Hospital located on Golf and Mt Prospect Rd. They also provide quality care and are worth a serious look.
