Review content:
I lived in Mt Prospect a few years ago and had nothing but wonderful experiences with this vet. They were so kind when I had to put my older cat to sleep and were a tremendous help with my new kitten. When he got sick after only having him a few weeks and the emergency vet basically told me it was hopeless and it was a rare condition...my vet at Mt Plaines called me the next day and calmly told me she disagreed and thought it was only a respiratory infection. Needless to say, 8 years and 20 lbs later...she was right. \r \r I loved that I could call to check on him and the front desk new immediately which cat he was and would tell me if he was out playing, and just generally chat about him.\r \r I've since moved to the city, and every time I go to my current vet I miss Mt Plaines and wish they were closer!
