This company gave me quote, made an appointment with me for 4 days later, never showed (after I waited for 3 hours), called later that night, didn't apologize, and rescheduled for the following day. THEN, the next day, they called to say that their boss told them all of a sudden that they didn't service my area anymore and if I wanted the service I would have to pay $100 more than originally quoted. They didn't hold true to their quote, suddenly decided not to service, didn't fulfill their commitment to their customers, and all of a sudden wanted $100 more (almost doubled the price of the service)!!! They are SO unprofessional, rude, and could care less about customer service. Do NOT use this low class company. In this economy, people who value customer service should succeed, and selfish companies like this should be the ones out of business.
