Absolutely horrendous job! First they told us on the phone it would be 129.00 to snake out our backed up drain. But then once they got here, did one little extra thing and told us at the time for us to settle up with the bill that it would be an extra 60.00 on top 129.00. TOTAL SCAM! We called, spoke to the owner/Mgr. and he said he would give us the 60.00 back because they never informed us on the phone OR in person. Still waiting on the check, it has been weeks. We've called and heard nothing. Our basement flooded again by the way. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE, never ever ever ever recommend or use this company again and we were a return customer.
