My wife and I had Ken Steenstra do a project for us in Ringwwod NJ. Phase 1 cost us $26,000.00 Ken was paid in full for this. He gave us a 5 year warranty for areas that settle. His warranty states that he will come back and fix such areas. The walls are caving in and the pager patio is so uneven that I have to use blocks to level my furniture. Phase 2 was in the front. Please note that all was well with phase 1 at this point. This part was a little over $13000.00 he was paid all but abut a third of this amount. The driveway stairs and wall that he installed are collapsing. Now he told me that he needs to be paid in full to come back. I ask you what would you do? I invite any and all of you to call me 201-704-5364 my name is Gary. These problems are for real. Do all of his projects turn out like mine, probably not. But yours may be the one that turns out like mine.
