I had Ken Steenstra do a $10,000 project at my home in Hawthorne. What a joke!!! The repairs are costing me so much money I cannot believe it. He broke the electric going to my shed, broke my concrete staircase, broke the casing going to my basement, put heavy equipment on my driveway breaking it in 5-7 places, heavy equipment on my front yard causing my 3yr old retaining wall to move all over, put so called fresh dirt down on my front yard which is all crab grass, shattered my front door while doing the work and my light fixture. This guy is a joke. DO NOT LET HIM TOUCH YOUR PROPERTY!!!! more

My wife and I had Ken Steenstra do a project for us in Ringwwod NJ. Phase 1 cost us $26,000.00 Ken was paid in full for this. He gave us a 5 year warranty for areas that settle. His warranty states that he will come back and fix such areas. The walls are caving in and the pager patio is so uneven that I have to use blocks to level my furniture. Phase 2 was in the front. Please note that all was well with phase 1 at this point. This part was a little over $13000.00 he was paid all but abut a third of this amount. The driveway stairs and wall that he installed are collapsing. Now he told me that he needs to be paid in full to come back. I ask you what would you do? But yours may be the one that turns out like mine. more

Before you hire Ken Steenstra ask him about the job he did in Ringwood NJ. Ask him about the condition of the walls, steps and patio. Please take notes, then give me a call.
