I am currently a renter at Valrico Station. And to be honest, the apartments are not THAT bad....but they are poor quality, I feel as if I am living in a trailer at times. The Floorboards creak and kitchen cabinets rattle when I walk through the living room and that is just to start. The grounds are not well kept and the entire place is infested with spiders and Wasps. There are cob webs all over the place, and to be honest for what is being charged for rent, I would think they would take better care of this place. The parking is definitely inadequate and that is being kind. It is poorly lit. And as the prev posting suggests you do live right next to a VERY active railroad track. I will NOT be renewing my lease when it is up. I am very disappointed and disgusted with my experience here.
