Valrico Station Apartment Homes

The previous post talked about all the bad stuff in the apts.. DUH.. its Florida and we live on the woods! There will always be insects! They spray for that on a regular basis. As for the RR tracks...yes that is annoying but come on.. its named Valrico STATION! and has pictures of trains all over and they tell you its by the tracks - so no mystery there! I bet you never even told the manager your concernes since you posted this anon... must not have been that worried. She has been here since I moved in and so has the rest of the staff- the maintenance guy - Ken - been there something like 10yrs!\r I have lived here 6yrs.. no its not new - they tell you proudly that the place was built like 18yrs ago! I like the charm of that. I live where parking is a breeze..one building I see up front is tight though.\r I recommend it if you dont want to pay high prices closer to the mall and for all the stuff I never use..like wireless internet (Brighthouse is fine!), and flatscreen HD tv and ham more

I am currently a renter at Valrico Station. And to be honest, the apartments are not THAT bad....but they are poor quality, I feel as if I am living in a trailer at times. The Floorboards creak and kitchen cabinets rattle when I walk through the living room and that is just to start. The grounds are not well kept and the entire place is infested with spiders and Wasps. There are cob webs all over the place, and to be honest for what is being charged for rent, I would think they would take better care of this place. The parking is definitely inadequate and that is being kind. It is poorly lit. And as the prev posting suggests you do live right next to a VERY active railroad track. I will NOT be renewing my lease when it is up. I am very disappointed and disgusted with my experience here. more

My husband and I looked at these apartments but decided against them. The rent was reasonable, but the apartments are literally next to an active train tracks. The apartments were also small and the one we were shown smelled of cigarette smoke. more
