TERRIBLE. Dr. Ann Montague is RUDE. We've had a Wellness Plan for over 3 years and somehow avoided direct contact with her until this year. I took my dog as a walk-in because he was exhibiting signs of perhaps having an ear infection. I was told "we only have one vet today and unfortunately can't see him....come back tomorrow." So I went home but he was still doing the same thing so I went back the next morning and was told they couldn't see him again. What????? I thought this place welcomed walk ins and there is a sign up on the wall that says Sick and Injured Animals Are Seen First. What about not at all???????? So I went home, told my husband what I had experienced. We used some previous medication and ear wash and he stopped the behaviors that led us to believe he had an ear infection so we thought we took care of it. TWO WEEKS LATER Dr. Montague called to follow up on our attempts to have him seen and mimicked and laughed at us for our outrage as to how we had been trea
