Dr. Conrad and his entire staff, from front desk to the vet assistants are all amazing. I never have to wait to be put in a room, and once I am there a vet assistant is in there within 3-5 minutes. After they are done with the initial exam, doc is in shortly after. They make sure my cat isn't scared and they treat her with care. Dr. Conrad listens to all my concerns and comes up with a plan that will make my cat feel better and not have me go broke. The best vet I have EVER been too and I will continue to go there for years to come!
