Review content:
I had Mike Jones come to give an estimate of 3 rooms that I wanted to have done. He said he wouldn't recommend the bathroom, so he was going to do two rooms. I asked when he would call me to let me know the estimate and he said, " in a couple of days." 25 days (exactly) after he came to look at my floors, he still hadn't called to give me the estimate. I called the office and spoke to the receptionist. She took down my contact info after commenting that 25 days was a long time for him not to have gotten back to me. She said she would have him call me. It has been another 9 days and nothing. Sadly because he came highly recommended to us from neighbors and friends. I would never recommed him after my experience.
