I want to file a complaint with Meineke Car Care Center AMHERST, NY.\r

I have been a customer of this shop for more than four year,for all my vehicle repairs including NYS inspections.\r
\r
Today I had this shop do work on my 1996 Blazer. The charge was $402.24.\r
\r
My complaint is for the two new front Calipers they replaced and for Brake Fluid.\r
\r
I approved all other work on this vehicle with the exception of the above mentioned.\r
\r
I was never told, and I never approved, the replacement of the front calipers, at a cost of $69.99 each.\r
\r
I also did not get, or need, or approve, a charge of $29.95 for brake fluid. My system was NOT flushed. I was present and spoke to the mechanic (Anthony assisted by Tom) at the time my brakes were 'bleed of air' only.\r

I told the manager Larry Cohen that I was upset with the cost. I paid for the full charge with my M&T Bank Card.\r

I called Larry after I returned home to ask him to adjust the charge. He refused.\r
