Review content:
Took car in for an oil change, and asked that air filter be inspected. Air filter was removed for inspection, but NEVER REPLACED!! I drove around for over three months with no air filter!! This was caught at my next oil change by another place. Went back to Meineke and explained the situation. Larry (the owner) admitted to removing the air filter but denied not replacing it and said maybe a friend of mine removed it. Was told I'd have to pay to have one put in. I then asked for the number for customer relations, but said I would pay for another filter. Because I wanted to contact customer relations I was DENIED SERVICE...because of their mistake!! But I realized I was okay with that because I really did not want Larry or any of his staff touching my car again!!
