I have been taking my dog there for about 2 years. Each time I make an appt. it is like they are doing me a big favor. Granted my dog gave them a hard time at first, but he has got much better (according to them). I explain that I need a Sat. appt. because I work during the week. This time, they made the appt. over a week away and then called the night before and cancelled it, saying that I had to bring him during the week. They did not even speak to me - they just left a message. Well, guess what. I am taking my business elsewhere. After calling a few vets in town, they recommended a groomer on the other side of town. This place is happy to have my business, happy to work with a difficult dog and even has evening hours. And, I will gladly give them the generous tips I used to give Claws and Paws. In these difficult economic times, I am glad to give my business where it is appreciated.
