we have 4 dogs...mostly rescue and have had others in the past that have been taken care of here. We have never felt like they were forcing us to spend money and in fact have been given choices for how to care for our dogs depending on our finances. If you go to a doctor for a check up on a chronic condition, don't you think they will continue to test you to make sure there are no changes to your health? Have you requested that there is a visit only charge? I could not be happier with the care my pets have received and feel that them being taken care of is the most important thing. I do not have "AKC REGISTERED" pets and take very good care of my pets as well, also making sure they receive their annual check ups and regular meds. I have never had anyone there make me feel pressured to spend more money than i had and have been more than pleased with the care we receive.....
