Review content:
I made an appt for my animal on a friday for the following monday. I stressed how sick he was and was told to leave a message for the dr. and to tell him I had an appt for that monday and he "would" call me back and at least give me advise on how to get him through the weekend. I got "NO" call back and my animal died that monday morning before I could even leave the house. I called to cancel my appt before they opened, even though I was horribly upset, I never received a phone call back saying sorry our dr. never got in touch with you or anything.
