My cat almost died in their care when he first developed symptoms from FIV. I saw every doctor there and they kept doing the same treatment over and over and he kept getting worse. When I had to resort to syringe feeding my cat I finally stopped taking him to Three Trails and took him to KC Cat Clinic instead. He made a complete reversal almost immediately. KC Cat Clinic saved my cat's life and Three Trails almost killed him. \r \r Now, I call Three Trails to try and get help with a stray cat that needs medical care, and they hung up on me the moment I said my finances are limited. They didn't offer any prices or suggestions, just hung up. I will never call Three Trails again. \r \r Don't risk the lives of your animals - take them somewhere else. more

Love Love Three Trails 7/7/2010

I've been to several animal hospitals in the search of the right one. I'm very picky when it comes to my older lab who is starting to have health concerns. I found Three Trails to be very caring, helpful, and honest. They have taken the time to explain what is important and have more to offer. They offered me samples of jt supplement and a trial of arthritis medication for my lab. The only bad thing that I can say is there is usually a wait- but they are usually always really busy, which also tells me something about the clinic- they are popular! They are worth the wait!!! more

WTF 3/27/2010

I made an appt for my animal on a friday for the following monday. I stressed how sick he was and was told to leave a message for the dr. and to tell him I had an appt for that monday and he "would" call me back and at least give me advise on how to get him through the weekend. I got "NO" call back and my animal died that monday morning before I could even leave the house. I called to cancel my appt before they opened, even though I was horribly upset, I never received a phone call back saying sorry our dr. never got in touch with you or anything. more

Three Trails is Great!! 2/25/2010

I would just like to say that Three Trails are very good at what they do. Curently my husband is on Unemployment and it is hard for us to have the money to drop at the vets, but they work with us. They let me split up my payments with post dated checks. I even had to call because I didn't have the money in the account to pay and they held my check for another additional week. And not to mention they took very good care of my animals. (I have 2 cats and 1dog) They are always very caring and I will NEVER take my animals anywhere else!! more

Dr. Schrock has heart and cares about the animals! 8/25/2009

Dr. Schrock is great!! I never see any other doctor. They are priced below some of the other vets. He is wonderful with my pets and humans! Great Place. more

I would NOT recommend Three Trails animal hospital to anyone. They stereotype dogs. If they don't like the breed of a dog they will take there time assisting you and your pet. They do very little help your dog. If they don't like your dogs breed you will end up waiting in the waiting room or office for a ridiculous amount of time. more

The doctors are great .But the lady at front desk that has a ring in eye brow is rude .She don't know the computer or now what customer service is ! !She is rude! more

Nice new building 1/7/2009

These guys have definitely moved up in the world considering the shack they used to work out of! We love these guys because they are just plain good. The wait is usually pretty long though and they do seem to be a little pricey, but my pets health is way more important than saving a few bucks. more
