Review content:
Dr. Nurre and the staff at Encina Veterinary Hospital were terrific in caring for and treating my Jack Russell Terrier. She was 15 when she started having seizures for unknown reasons and couldn't seem to digest her food. I honestly thought it was the end for her but we took her in, Dr. Nurre examined her, held her overnight for a couple days and hooked her up IV machines b/c she was so weak. They even called late at night to give us updates on her since they knew we were up and worried. She got a little better w/ their attention and care so we were able to take her home and Dr. Nurre prescribed some meds (as well as home remedies like cooking chicken breast and eggs to settle her stomach) to see how she did. \r

He had diagnosed her heart issues and a tumor before prescribing these meds. He also gave us suggestions on how to get her meds at the most economical way. Over time he would called to check in on her and her well -being. He was able to give us 2 1/2 more years of time
