I am very close with my pets they are to me like children. My hampster Tubbies was very ill so I took him to Lakeside , Dr. Gonzales was great with him she called me everyday to update me on what was going on , bad or good she was very thoughtful on how she presented it to me, gave me options on what to do and opinions of what was better. My tubbies didnt make it and once again Dr. Gonsales was very kind and considered my feelings. About one week later I received a sympathy card for my loss with everyone at Lakeside Animal Hospital who wrote a caring little message. I have had pets all my life and can honestly say that I never received a sympathy card until I met Lakeside. It put a smile on my face and warmed my heart very much. I highly recommend Lakeside Animal Hospital , Thank you Dr. Gonsales and also to the staff you all have built a trust with me that is worth its weight in gold. Merry Christmas
