My overall experience with Arcadia Sash and Doors was pretty good.\r

When I called Arcadia Sash and Doors to get a quotation to replace all my windows, the owner Tom came out the very next day to do the measurements which I liked. I know some window companies do not send someone out and simply want the homeowner to fax in the measurements.\r

Tom the owner seems very professional and trustworthy when measuring the windows which I had a good impression. Then my windows' measurements was handed over to Steve for price quotations. Since I wanted 2 quotations, one with grids and one without, it took a few days (less than a week) for me to get the quotations on both prices. After comparison on prices of Milgard windows with 2 other window companies, I felt Arcadia Sash and Door prices are quite honest and Steve Seyarto's design on grid patterns seems most detailed/professional.
