Review content:
I will never take another pet here again! The first pet I took here was a 2 week old puppy who had accidentally been stepped on. The puppy was in real bad shape and honestly should have been put down (his head was squished to one side). The puppy was crying constantly and turning in circles ( I later found out that was part of a seizure) Banfield did NOT tell me the pup was having seizures and simply gave him something for pain and sent us home with a $123.00 bill. Later that night (2am) he started having full out seizures and we took him to the emergency vet and eh was put down. They were the ones who informed me the circles was seizure activity and said the pup should have been put down sooner.\r My second experiance with Banfield was with my Dachshund who had Pyometra (infection in the uterus). They gave me a list of things they wanted to do which added up to over $1000.00. They explained to me I didn't have to do all of it but she did need the surgery at a cost of around $4
