Businiess name:  Westside Auto Pros

Review content:
My engine overheated on I-35; I called AAA, the tow truck came, and I went to Westside Auto Pros at the recommendation of AAA. AAA customers are "guaranteed" a 1-hour turn-around to receive a diagnostic evaluation of what is wrong with the car. I waited an hour and 45 minutes. The diagnostic alone cost over $100. The problem? I needed new radiator hoses and a coolant flushing. Total cost (including the diagnostic) -- $598.98 -- $216 of which was for "labor" on what couldn't have been more than a 45-minute job, my car-savvy mechanic friends tell me. Called my own mechanic when I got home -- he gave me an estimate for the same work of a little over $300. Maybe being an out-of-towner just passing through inspired Westside Auto Pros to make a little extra money off of me. Very disappointed -- and robbed.
