From the very first time I called Brannon's Party Rentals looking for some simple information I was treated so rudely I couldn't believe it. I called to see if they had tables and chairs for an event on really short notice and the woman I spoke with - Pearl - scoffed at me, like she couldn't believe how stupid I was for not knowing the different sizes of tables. Against my better judgement, we ended up using them because it was a holiday weekend and not many other party rental places were open. We had a minor disagreement about the pick-up time and the woman yelled at me and actually HUNG UP ON ME! I thought she wanted my business, but apparently they are not interested in pleasing customers or making people happy.
