These people are rude in person and over the phone their equipment is disgusting and dirty the office looks like a dump and they never explain policies to you at the time of rental.... i would not recommend these people to anyone nor will they ever get my business again more

Bad Experience 6/30/2008

I do not know how this place is rated four stars? I definitely agree with the other negative reviewers. Renting from this facility was an extremely bad experience and I will never return for service again. Pros: None Cons: Very Rude, Bad Customer Service, Paid for items that could not use! more

Absolutely worst Customer Service 12/7/2007

I am in shock after getting off the phone with this company. In fact, I registered for City Search just so I could complain, something I've never done before. They are unbelievably rude and unhelpful. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. They do not deserve any support based on this sort of behavior. Clearly, I'm not the first one who has been treated this poorly after actually paying them for services. Cons: Customer Service more

Worst Customer Service Ever 2/9/2007

From the very first time I called Brannon's Party Rentals looking for some simple information I was treated so rudely I couldn't believe it. I called to see if they had tables and chairs for an event on really short notice and the woman I spoke with - Pearl - scoffed at me, like she couldn't believe how stupid I was for not knowing the different sizes of tables. Against my better judgement, we ended up using them because it was a holiday weekend and not many other party rental places were open. We had a minor disagreement about the pick-up time and the woman yelled at me and actually HUNG UP ON ME! I thought she wanted my business, but apparently they are not interested in pleasing customers or making people happy. more

Worst Customer Service 2/9/2007

When I first called Brannons Party Rentals for information on their pricing and availability, the person who answered the phone - Pearl - made me feel kind of stupid for not knowing things like how large the tables were, or if they would be in stock for the relatively short notice I was giving. I tried to be pleasant, but she was very rude and dismissive. I wouldn't have used them if there had been another place open on the holiday weekend, but they were available so I decided to give it a shot. more
