I have been taking my dog and cat to Arboretum view for almost 2 yrs since we moved here from Ohio. I just saw this page and could not believe the negative comments. \r

First of all to address wait times. I have been here probably 5 or 6 times and have always been taken to a room within a few minutes. Appt times have been respected and I never felt hurried though an appt. \r

Second of all to address costs. Do you expect the vets and techs to take care of your pet in a state of the art animal hospital for bargain rates? Seriously. I have been told upfront what type of tests / procedures are recommended and how much they cost. When I have told the vet (Dr Lassiter) that we were not interested in much of the tests due to the age of our cat and the economy, he was completely willing to work within our budget to try to find medication to help my cat with his IBD. Since our appt a few weeks ago he has had several phone consults with me at no charge. I do not see the "money hungry" thing pe
