Review content:
I have been a customer of Arboretum View Animal Hospital (AVAH) for many years and used them for 3 dogs. I was a customer long before it was sold to the current owner (BrightHeart).\r If you want top notch care for your dog/need a specialist, I can highly recommend them but you will also pay top dollar which is to be expected. \r Dr. Lassiter who is the original owner still works at AVAH and he is fabulous and worth every penny.\r \r But, due to the economy and the unwillingness of the new business manager to work with us on price or discounts, we have switched to using VCA and recently had surgery for our dog in Aurora which saved us more than $600 on the low end of the estimated $4000 price which AVAH gave us.\r We really liked AVAH but the prices are just too high for us under the new ownership. My only other complaint would be that when you make an appointment for an alloted time, AVAH rarely takes you at your alloted time and you sit and wait, not dissimilar to going to a see a regul
