Gentle Dental. I?m writing for a few people who have had the regret of going to them for services. It does appear that they've got some kind of scam going on. What makes it worse, is their receptionist knowingly aid these offices in there deception. Hiding behind their sweet talk. Only to agree with you on how BAD the services are, after the fact, and not reporting any of the verbal abuse of patients to their superiors. One particular doctor/ hot head, is very rude and short tempered. (Can?t remember her name, but she had long brown hair) at the Westland office. Beware.\r
The 1st clue that this office is not up to par, is that they require you pay up front, for an exam, before you?re even seen! Dead give away there! What this should tell you is that they already know? you?re not going to be happy with their services, poorly rendered. Also you must sign your patient rights away, yet in their paperwork states NOT to sign before speaking with the dentist. BUT you?re not al
