I will start by saying that I am a pretty patient guy, nor am I a guy who complains frequently. I am a 'give 'em the benefit of the doubt' kind of guy. I will never use this company again, or recommend them to anyone.\r

We had a couple of estimates last summer on a partial roof replacement. We had a little back and forth getting a scheduled date for the work which resulted in a last minute scheduling - which was ok by us.\r

At the end of the day, the roof job was ok; but after paying, I found that a portion of our soffit trim had been ripped off of a dormer during part of the tear off. Upon calling, my wife and I were told we would get a visit within a few days. When I say this happened at least ten times, I am not exaggerating. Like I said- I'm a patient guy, and my wife is a patient gal. When this happened into the fall and early winter they acknowledged they would address the issue, but couldn't until spring came around. We've called three times this spring with a call tha
