I will start by saying that I am a pretty patient guy, nor am I a guy who complains frequently. I am a 'give 'em the benefit of the doubt' kind of guy. I will never use this company again, or recommend them to anyone.\r

We had a couple of estimates last summer on a partial roof replacement. We had a little back and forth getting a scheduled date for the work which resulted in a last minute scheduling - which was ok by us.\r

At the end of the day, the roof job was ok; but after paying, I found that a portion of our soffit trim had been ripped off of a dormer during part of the tear off. Upon calling, my wife and I were told we would get a visit within a few days. When I say this happened at least ten times, I am not exaggerating. Like I said- I'm a patient guy, and my wife is a patient gal. When this happened into the fall and early winter they acknowledged they would address the issue, but couldn't until spring came around.
