The timing belt in our Kia broke and trashed the engine. Unfortunately we had AAA insurance so the tow truck took us to the Auto Doctor in Chico. After looking at the car they told us we needed to have the engine completely rebuilt and it was going to cost $4,200. They told us the engine would be fixed in a week. A week later we still hadn't heard from them. When we called they told us it would be another week. This was the case for a month. They never called and the receptionist/office manager Lisa was very rude. Less than a year later the car started having engine problems again. When we called the Auto Doctor back they said even though the car was within the time of the warranty it was a little over the mileage part and they would not fix it. We had to pay another mechanic to fix it. Now 3 months later more engine problems. Our reliable mechanic told us that the Auto Doctor took advantage of us because we could have bought a new engine to replace the old one for $1,500 and that the
