Okay I am given Ron and his staff at the Auto Doctor a World Class rating. Several reasons I have been there more then one time and the four or five times I have used this service center I have gotten just what I have expected from people who want to repair and service cars to repeat customers. They do the best they can. I have taken three cars in two years and have spent a good deal of money there and have been fully satisfied with each of these exchanges. Diagnosis is five for five and the work has been solid. The second to last time I used them I had spent two days being run around by a dealership. I had a tow truck driver tell me you can just leave your car locked up outside the Autor Doctor and just put the key in the mail slot with a note and phone number. This fact made the reason I left the car at the dealership in the first place, pointless. The next day, no run around, Ron just called with a diagnosis and cost of repair by ten in the morning.
