Review content:
My mother recommended Crestview to me as she said they were honest; however, my mother does not know a lot about cars. I took my car in there because a noise was occuring when I stepped on the brakes. They checked it out and they thought it was just the way the brakes were aligned. They told me I needed an oxygen center, for which I paid over $400 dollars. They also said I needed to get new brakes. I explained to them that I was unemployed and had no money. They told me that my brakes were at 20% and I only could drive 2,000 more miles before they would be at 5%. A few months later I got a second opinion and a third opinion. The other two garages said that the problem with my car was actually my left axil, which was causing the noise and that iswhat needed to be fixed. Turns out, my brakes were apparently fine: 60% in the front and 40% in the back. My former high opinion of Crestview Service Center has gone completely down the tubes.
