My cut was terrible! I went to Hair impressions for the 2nd time a few days ago. The fist time I was a walk in, and my hair was great. This time I made an appointment with the same person, Alisa, hoping for the same great results. I took a picture of a cut I liked, that was mid length, a few inches below the ears, with the ends flipped out. My hair is SO short now, it doesn't even reach the bottom of my ears. This cut looks NOTHING like what I wanted. I had hair past my shoulders when I went in, and now I have about 2 inches of hair on the back of my head. Don't know what she was thinking, but I definately will never go back there. I have never cried about my hair until this. I do have to say that everyone was very respectful, and polite. But does that really matter if your hair is not what you want?? And it cost $40 for a cut and shampoo. Wish I had just went the mall or something...at least I would still have my hair!
