Was not happy with their srvices at all,f irst charged me 110.00 to highlight my 12 yr old daughters hair is not affordable!! meanwhile getting my hair done at the same time was not pleasant, took in a pic of what i wanted they didnt even get close, after 4 1/2 hours later turning my hair gray having 3 different people mixing color not confadent in ther own work kept having to go get a second opion on everything and almost $300.00 dollars later was the worst experiance i have had at a shop!!! Would not go back and would not recomend to ANYONE!! more

My cut was terrible! I went to Hair impressions for the 2nd time a few days ago. The fist time I was a walk in, and my hair was great. This time I made an appointment with the same person, Alisa, hoping for the same great results. I took a picture of a cut I liked, that was mid length, a few inches below the ears, with the ends flipped out. My hair is SO short now, it doesn't even reach the bottom of my ears. This cut looks NOTHING like what I wanted. I had hair past my shoulders when I went in, and now I have about 2 inches of hair on the back of my head. Don't know what she was thinking, but I definately will never go back there. I have never cried about my hair until this. I do have to say that everyone was very respectful, and polite. But does that really matter if your hair is not what you want?? And it cost $40 for a cut and shampoo. Wish I had just went the mall or something...at least I would still have my hair! more

I used Kristy at Hair Impressions for the 1st time a couple months ago and my hair looked the best it EVER had! She did a great job, I just let her do whatever she wanted because I was ready for a change! I am actually calling today for my 2nd appointment! Yes, it is a little pricey but worth it! more

Jessica at Hair Impressions has been cutting my hair for 6 months and I can't tell you how great she is. I went to her the first time with a messed-up hair cut that looked like I stuck my head in a food processor. She told me to be paitent, but slowly she could get it looking good again. Six months later, it looks better than it has in 20 years. The shop is little pricey ($35.00 for a wash, cut & style) but it's WELL worth it. more
