I was shocked to read the couple of bad reviews about Banfield. I LOVE them. Unfortunately, you don't get to hear the good stuff all the time; only the unhappy take the time to spread their misery. Banfield was there when my dog, Jax, needed surgery. They understood that my pet was my family, and didn't toss words at me like "well, you have a financial decision to make" when it came to my pet's life. Each and every one of the staff members were professional and were happy to see my dog each time we came by, and they worked with me on surgery costs, medicines, and special diets Jax required. I recommend them to everyone I know and I always will.
