My dog was excessively licking her anus, so I decided I'd call Banfield and see what I should do. They said oh bring her in, and asked what time I could bring her in. I brought her in at 11:15 like they said, and they made me wait an hour. Then when they finally came to the room, only after I went out into the lobby to see what was going on, it wasn't even a Dr. It was one of the vet tecs. She did emptied the anal sacs in about 30 seconds. Then I had to pay $27, even though I pay every month $26 for the "wellness plan." You'd think this would have been free but no, I had to pay even more. She justified it by saying the office visit was free, just the emptying of the anal sacs was not covered. She was very rude to me...I wouldn't have minded waiting, it's just at that time there were no other dogs waiting, it was just me and no one was doing anything. They were just all hanging out probably having lunch or whatever, and I even told them I was in a hurry. It was a very bad exp
