These guys are BAD NEWS!! Watch Out!!\r

I brought my car into Briley's Tire for an inspection. When I told them that I had just rotated the tires myself (which was true), they asked me if I also rebalanced the wheels. They told me that wheels need to be balanced whenever they are rotated. I told them there is no shaking or other signs of bad balance and they tried to feed me the story that wheels need pre-emptive rebalancing so that they don't go out of balance!!! The nerve of some people \r
They begrudgingly agreed not to rotate tires but said they would note it in my record, whatever that means.
