Love Briley's Tire! 6/7/2012

Wonderful experience! I have been to places where, as a woman, I felt out of place and like I was talked down to - not at Briley's!! They went out of there way to make sure I understood what was wrong and what the options were to get it fixed! Even called me and let me know what they found when they began the job and the esitmated cost, and never fixed anything I didn't agree to. My bill was less that I had expected. Great service and great prices! I send everyone I know there... I recommend then 100% more

Great people to do business with 3/28/2011

This is the only place I buy tires. My wife and I have 3 vehicles and Briley's is the only place we buy tires. I carried my 1999 Ford Ranger in for them to check it out because it had bad squeal. They replaced the belt and checked to make sure it wasn't the water pump. When they diagnosed the problem they called me to tell what the problem was and what it would cost to fix it. Sometimes you have to wait a little longer, but I would rather wait and have quality work. more

Stay away from these jerks! 8/4/2009

An unprofessional atmosphere where the service technicians are impatient and condescending... they are reluctant to answer your questions and they try to pressure and scare you into making decisions...you're better off leaving. This is not the kind of repair shop that you can trust. \r \r \r They charged her for the work, and when I got the car home, to do a brake job on the car, the tires were NEVER even taken off! I tried to get the lug nuts to break loose, even by standing on the tire wrench! What a ripoff! . \r My thought is to all of you, Stay away from these jerks! more

RIP OFF!!! from Briley's Tire & Auto Center 7/3/2009

These guys are BAD NEWS!! Watch Out!!\r \r I brought my car into Briley's Tire for an inspection. When I told them that I had just rotated the tires myself (which was true), they asked me if I also rebalanced the wheels. They told me that wheels need to be balanced whenever they are rotated. I told them there is no shaking or other signs of bad balance and they tried to feed me the story that wheels need pre-emptive rebalancing so that they don't go out of balance!!! The nerve of some people \r They begrudgingly agreed not to rotate tires but said they would note it in my record, whatever that means. more

Best Service Department in Greenville 12/12/2008

Mike and Ed Briley treat you like family when you visit their service center. Would recommend to any customer wanting to save on any auto repair (minor or major), and have the problem fixed right the first time. Have done business with Briley's for over 30 years. I send my friend and family there. more

Awesome Tires 11/15/2008

When my car got a flat, I was in desperate need of a special tire that no one seemed to have in Greenville. When I visited Briley's there were able to special order it in for a great price. Overall great experience and a pleasure doing business with them. more
