Review content:
I was not happy with the service or the dentists. The first time I went there I waited 2 hours only to discover they had lost me in the shuffle. The next time I got a very nice dentist, (who I think was Chinese) but his English was so bad I had a very hard time understanding him. After a brief exam he gave me some options--I wanted a referral to a periodontist and he told me to look in the yellow pages! The staff seemed totally puzzled at the idea of a referral to a specialist. I finally spoke to the manager who said he would start the paperwork for a referral, but despite several calls, two months later I still did not have a referral so I found a new dentist.
PROS: None that I can see
CONS: Just don't seem competent
