I'd rather go to a different dentist....and they do suck I've been at the one in North Hollywood and I heard that the one in Pasadena was better but I guess they all suck... sorry Western Dental but you have to run your bussinees better...you know.. great Customer Service and Quality....make sure the people you hire are professionals!! more

Best office and staff, hands down! 3/28/2011

After not visiting the dentist in 9 years, I decided to come to this place and get checked up. First off I have never had such an amazing experience at the dentist then this place. Arthur the manager of this place was very professional and answered all my questions. This guy went so out of his way to work out an affordable payment plan just so I can get all my teeth fixed. Let me just say "INTEREST FREE". The entire staff made me feel very comfortable before seeing the dentist. The dentist was really caring and actually put in the time to listen to me instead of doing all the talking. Overall I can see why this place is busy and has a wait its due to the staff and their excellent customer service. more

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! 3/24/2011

I came here a couple of days ago for a chipped tooth, and had a great experience. The entire office staff was very friendly and made me feel very welcome. I didnt read any of the reviews here before going but after reading everyone elses reviews I was pretty suprised. Overall it was a good experience for me the manager was very helpful and professional and the doctor did a great job fixing my chipped tooth. I would highly recommend this place to others based on my experience. more

RUN! 9/27/2010

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. First off the staff have no idea what they are doing, they always looked puzzled. They keep you waiting for hours in the waiting room. i had an appointment at 10 am just for 4 feelings and a cleaning and i was waiting for 4 hours. i didn't leave tell 2 pm. this place is very ghetto and unprofessional. i won't ever go back. more

Run if you can..... 4/3/2010

run people, run....this was my second and, I swear to God, last visit there. They found 13(!) cavities in my mouth, 7 of which "needed urgent attention". I checked at another place, they found only 2(!!). dentist was unbelievably rude and sloppy. dropped instruments, cut my lips, yelled at assistants. after an hour of this nightmare, just when I thought it was over, she told me that instead of a filling that tooth needed a root canal....I said and ran out for good! more

Run, save your teeth, don't do it!!!!! 2/23/2010

Run! Run! Run! You ain"t seen ghetto, till you've delt with this place. You will wait for FOREVER!!!!! You will have NO trust in the doctors or dentistry!! Just don't do it!!! I'll never use Western Dental ANYWHERE, or 1 800 Dentist, cuz they ok'd them. Go to Tijuana before you go here!!! more

Worse service ever 5/1/2008

If you like to go and wait for more than 2 hours on an appointment. Be my guess. My wife nearly cried to me when she call me telling how bad their service is.\r \r Stay away, far far away. unless you have 2 hours to kill. more

Wouldn't go there 10/5/2005

I was not happy with the service or the dentists. The first time I went there I waited 2 hours only to discover they had lost me in the shuffle. The next time I got a very nice dentist, (who I think was Chinese) but his English was so bad I had a very hard time understanding him. After a brief exam he gave me some options--I wanted a referral to a periodontist and he told me to look in the yellow pages! The staff seemed totally puzzled at the idea of a referral to a specialist. I finally spoke to the manager who said he would start the paperwork for a referral, but despite several calls, two months later I still did not have a referral so I found a new dentist. PROS: None that I can see CONS: Just don't seem competent more
