I was conned into purchasing full coverage insurance when I specifically stated I did not want additional coverage on the car (beware of what you sign for, they are qucik to talk, and extremely pushy). I paid $422 for an 8 day rental, which was a KIA Rio, and the car stunk horribly and was badly stained. I called Corporate to file a complaint and they were unwilling to assist or offer any type of compensation. I will never again rent a vehicle from any Enterprise location due to overages, stress and unbelievably horrid experience. -One truly unsatisfied customer.
